These are the terms set to the games and applications (“Apps”) developed by Creative Monkey Games & Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, including but not limited to "Zombie Lockdown" and "Cricket Gangsta," you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Apps.
1. Use of the Apps

5. Subscription Unsubscribe Policy
If you have purchased a subscription through one of our Apps and wish to cancel it, you can do so by managing your subscription through your bank or payment platform’s app or website. Please refer to your payment provider’s subscription management process for detailed instructions. Unsubscribing will prevent future charges, but previously processed charges are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use our Apps.
- Unauthorized access, loss, or alteration of data.
- Any other matter related to our Apps.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Apps without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
9. Facebook Data Deletion Policy
If you have linked your account or shared data through Facebook, you can request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@cmgames.in. Please include "Facebook Data Deletion Request" in your subject line and provide necessary details to process your request. We will respond promptly and ensure your data is deleted in compliance with Facebook’s data deletion policies.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be notified through our Apps or other appropriate channels. Continued use of our Apps indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
