We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic UI/UX Design Intern to join our team and help shape the visual and interactive elements of our games.

Job Description

As a UI/UX Design Intern, you will work closely with our design and development teams to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our games. This role involves developing layouts, visual elements, and interactive components that enhance the player experience. Ideal candidates are passionate about game design and eager to gain hands-on experience in the gaming industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, artists, and developers to create user-friendly interfaces that enhance the player experience.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that visually communicate game functionality and usability.
• Assist in creating in-game icons, buttons, menus, and HUD (heads-up display) elements.
• Conduct research on current UI/UX trends and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry standards.
• Gather and implement feedback from team members and playtesters to refine UI/UX design.
• Document design decisions, iterations, and style guides for team reference.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, including layout, color theory, and typography.
• Basic knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user flow design.
• Excellent attention to detail with a creative mindset and a user-centered approach to design.
• Ability to communicate design ideas effectively and collaborate within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with UI/UX design in personal projects, coursework, or internships.
• Knowledge of motion design, animation tools, or game engines like Unity.
• Passion for mobile games and an understanding of player expectations and user psychology.
• Familiarity with user testing and design iteration processes.
